Beechams Cold & Flu Hot fruit powders provide rapid and effective relief from the major cold and flu symptoms such as headache, blocked nose, sore throat and fever in a comforting, hot drink .Sachet of off-white powder, with an odour of lemon, containing: Paracetamol 600mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 40mg. Symptomatic relief of influenza, feverishness, chills and feverish colds including headache, sore throat pain, aches and pains, nasal congestion, sinusitis and its associated pain, and acute nasal catarrh. Adults: 1 sachet every 4 hours in hot water, if necessary. Maximum of 6 sachets in 24 hours. Children: not to be given except on medical advice.
