Non-Drowsy BENYLIN's Cold & Flu Max Strength Hot Lemon Sachets x10 help to soothe the symptoms of cold and flu. Contain a decongestant (Phenylephrine) to reduce swelling and inflammation in the nose and sinuses, making breathing less difficult. It also contains paracetamol to relieve aching muscles, headaches and sinus pain. Paracetamol also resets the body's internal thermostat, to assist in bringing down a fever. Soothes: Fever. Aches and pains. Blocked nose. Headache. Sore throat. Dosage: Adults, elderly and children 12 years and over. Warning: Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Take 1 sachet every four to six hours as necessary, up to a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours.
