Benylin Dry Coughs (Original) is a medicine which is used to help relieve dry, irritating coughs. The liquid contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride which is an antihistamine that helps relieve coughing and dry secretions in the nose and chest, dextromethorphan hydrobromide which is an antitussive to help stop coughing and levomenthol which helps you breathe more easily by relieving congestion. Red, raspberry flavoured syrup for adults, the elderly and children over 6 years. Directios: Adults, elderly and children over 12 years: 10ml 4 times daily. Children 6-12 years: 5ml 4 times daily. Under 6 years: not recommended. If you are pregnant or have or had liver or kidney problems, please consult a doctor before taking this product.
