Dreemon Tablets are for people who suffer from disturbed sleep and would prefer to take two caplets to help relieve their temporary sleeplessness.

Dreemon contain the same active ingredient as Nytol one a night tablets - Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg. They are disgned to act as a sleep aid during temporary sleeplessness.

Sleeping problems or trouble sleeping are a common complaint. Sleep is a necessary and vital biological function. It is essential to a person’s physical and emotional well being. Studies show that without enough sleep, a person’s ability to perform declines dramatically. It is estimated that 50 percent of the adult population is sleep deprived and these people would benefit from some good information about the sleep aid.

In general it is important to get between 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day. All though sleep requirements vary from person to person. Since we now know how important sleep is.

Insomnia is an experience of inadequate or poor quality sleep characterized by one or more of the following:

difficulty falling asleep
difficulty maintaining sleep
waking up too early in the morning
non refreshing sleep

Insomnia also involves daytime consequences such as:

tiredness
lack of energy
difficulty concentrating
irritability
