A soothing nasal decongestant balm with levomenthol and natural essential oils for the symptomatic relief of nasal congestion associated with the common cold, catarrh, head colds and hayfever. 0.3% levomenthol. With natural essential oils. For colds, catarrh and hayfever. Gently Decongests.

-you may also massage it into the lips, throat, chest and between the shoulders.

- happinose is suitable for use by adults, the edlerly and children over 5 years old.

FOR ADULTS- blow the nose,

                         - using the little finger, carefully apply upto 1 cm of happinose in and around each nostril, and then inhale through the nose.

                         - re-apply every 4 hours or as required.

CHILDREN 10 YEARS AND AND OVER- follow the above but use half the amount.

CHILDREN 5 - 9 YEARS-  use a quarter of the adult amount.
