Panadol extra soluble tablets 24 is effervescent tablets containing Paracetamol 500mg, Caffeine 65mg.It is used for headache, backache, rheumatic and muscle pain, toothache, neuralgia and period pain and relief of discomfort in colds, influenza, sore throats and reduction of temperature. For Adults, 2 tablets dissolved in a tumbler of water every 4 hours as required, Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours.For children it is not recommended except on medical advice.
