With the current outbreak of Coronavirus we understand that you are probably trying to carry on as normal. We are aware that we play a massive role in making sure you have medication delivered to you.
Please note that there may be delays with Royal Mail due to staff shortages across the UK. Please use the above link for possible disruption in your area.
Any delays with Royal Mail is unfortunately outside of our control however we are working to expedite orders to minimise any possible wait times caused by Royal Mail in your area and across the UK
We are constantly working to process all orders as soon as possible. Please note that all orders can take 1-2 working days to process (depending on the medication ordered).
We are constantly working with all of our suppliers to restock as soon as possible however due to unprecedented demand for medicines there can be delays with certain medication. If the medication is unavailable due to unprecedented demand, this item will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be sent.
To help better protect our staff, we will be quarantining all returns for a maximum of 14 days. After such period of time your return will be processed and will be refunded.
