- Staffing levels across the board have been affected due to the current COVID-19 situation
- Extra safety measures have been put in place throughout the business, ensuring staff are fully equipped with PPE along with 2 meter social distancing
- Our courier services are encountering high volumes of backlogged orders, again due to the current situation of COVID-19
Please be rest assured we are working around the clock to meet the demand in this hard and stressful time.
We truly appreciate your business and patience in these unprecedented times.
Kind Regards and Stay Alert
We are continuing to receive an unprecedented amount of orders and we are constantly working to process all orders as soon as possible. There are currently delays of upto 5 - 7 working days to process orders. We urge all customers to only order what they need so this can give a chance for all other customers to buy the medication they need.
We are constantly working with all of our suppliers to restock as soon as possible however due to unprecedented demand for medicines there can be delays with certain medication. Any medication that is delayed, will be marked as “to follow” on your order. If the medication is unavailable due to unprecedented demand, this item will be refunded and the remainder of the order will be sent.
UPDATE: Due to the current situation in leicester, there will be delays with the postal network in this area. Royal Mail are working to deliver parcels as quickly and as safely as possible.
