Vagisil Medicated Creme - 30g
Vagisil Medicated Creme provides fast, soothing relief from external intimate itching, burning and irritation. Formulated with 2% lidocaine, a local anaesthetic, it works by temporarily numbing the affected skin to help reduce discomfort and the urge to scratch.
The cream is suitable for relieving minor itching and irritation of the skin around the outside of the vagina and around the anus. It is non-staining and intended for external use only.

30g tube.
Dosage and Directions for Use
For adults and children aged 12 years and over:
- Apply Vagisil Medicated Creme directly to the affected external area.
- A strip of cream approximately 3–5cm long is usually sufficient.
- Apply 3 to 4 times daily as required.
- Use for up to 7 days.
If symptoms do not improve after 7 days, or if they become worse, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.
Warnings
- For external use only.
- Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
- Do not use if you are allergic to lidocaine or any of the other ingredients.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Do not swallow.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
- Speak to your doctor if you have itching over a large area of your body or are unsure of the cause of your symptoms.
- Stop using the cream and seek medical advice if you experience redness, swelling, blistering, increased itching or irritation.
- Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Lidocaine 2% w/w.
Other Ingredients: Stearic acid, self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate, glycerol, triethanolamine, zinc oxide, sulfonated castor oil, isopropyl alcohol, chlorothymol, fragrance, docusate sodium, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether and purified water.
