Benylin Dry & Tickly Cough Syrup 150ml

Benylin Dry & Tickly Cough Syrup 150ml is a soothing, non-drowsy cough syrup designed to help relieve irritating, dry and tickly coughs as well as sore throats. Its demulcent ingredients help calm the tickly sensation in the throat that can make you want to cough, making it a practical choice for adults and children aged 1 year and over.

This syrup contains glycerol and sucrose, which work by coating and soothing the throat. It is suitable for oral use and comes in a 150ml bottle.

Dosage

For oral use only.

Adults and children over 5 years: 10ml (two 5ml spoonfuls) 3 or 4 times a day, if needed.
Children aged 1 to 5 years: 5ml (one 5ml spoonful) 3 or 4 times a day, if needed.
Children under 1 year: Do not give.

Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.
If you forget a dose, take the next dose when needed. Do not take a double dose.

Warnings

Do not use if you are allergic to glycerol, sucrose, or any of the other ingredients.
Do not give to children under 1 year old.
If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, or get worse, stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Diabetics should note that this product contains sugars and may affect blood sugar levels.
This medicine contains sucrose and glucose. Do not use if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars.
This product contains propylene glycol (E1520), sodium benzoate (E211), and a small amount of ethanol (alcohol).
The small amount of alcohol in this medicine is not expected to have any noticeable effects.
