Children’s cough care

Bronchostop Junior Syrup 200ml

Bronchostop® Junior is a pleasant strawberry-flavoured cough syrup for children, formulated with Marshmallow dry extract and Honey to soothe the throat and relieve dry and chesty coughs associated with colds. Alcohol-free and free from artificial colours.

How to use

Use the supplied measuring cup. Shake the bottle before each use. Take undiluted or mixed with water/warm tea if preferred.

Dosage

Age Single dose Max frequency
Children 3–5 years 7.5 ml Up to 4 times daily
Children 6–11 years 15 ml Up to 4 times daily

Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist, worsen, or last longer than 5 days, seek medical advice.

Suitable for

  • Children aged 3 years and over.
  • Day and night use.

Active ingredients

Each 15 ml contains approximately: Marshmallow dry extract 143 mg and Honey 750 mg. Also contains xylitol, xanthan gum, glycerol anhydrous, citric acid, strawberry aroma, methyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate, purified water.

Warnings

  • Children under 3 years: do not use; seek medical advice.
  • Allergies: Do not use if your child is allergic to any ingredients (includes parabens: methyl- and propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate).
  • Diabetes / special diets: contains honey and xylitol; consult a healthcare professional if you’ve been advised to monitor sugar/sweetener intake.
  • Other medicines or conditions: speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.
  • Pregnancy/breast-feeding: intended for children; if needed for older users, ask a healthcare professional first.
  • Side effects: stop using and seek advice if any irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage

  • Store below 25°C in the original bottle with the cap tightly closed.
  • Do not use after the expiry date. Once opened, use within the period stated on the pack.
