How to Use (Dosage)
Adults and adolescents 12+ years: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a mug of hot (not boiling) water. Stir until fully dissolved. If desired, sweeten with honey or sugar.Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
Children under 12 years: Not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.

- Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Overdose can cause serious liver damage.
