Overview
Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant Flavour combines a maximum-strength dose of pain and fever relief with a decongestant in a convenient hot drink. Each box contains 10 single-dose sachets.- Fast relief from common cold & flu symptoms

How to Prepare
- Empty the contents of one sachet into a mug.
- Add hot (but not boiling) water, about 250 ml.
- Stir until fully dissolved. Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired.
Dosage
- Adults and adolescents 16+ years: Take 1 sachet every 4–6 hours as needed.
- Do not take more than 4 sachets in 24 hours.
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Not recommended for children under 16 years.
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Important: This product contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing medicines (including many cold & flu remedies or painkillers).
Active Ingredients (per sachet)
- Paracetamol (analgesic & antipyretic)
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride (decongestant for blocked nose & sinuses)

Warnings & Precautions
- Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any ingredient in the product.
- Do not use with other cold & flu medicines, decongestants, or paracetamol-containing products.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate problems, or if you are taking antidepressants (MAOIs within the last 14 days), beta-blockers, or other medicines for blood pressure or colds.
- Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use.
- Stop use and seek medical help if you develop a skin rash, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or any unusual symptoms.
- If symptoms persist, worsen, or last more than 3 days, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- Overdose with paracetamol can cause serious liver damage. Seek immediate medical advice if you take more than the stated dose, even if you feel well.
Storage & Additional Information
- Store below 25 °C in a dry place. Keep sachets in the original carton.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
