How to use
- Remove the cap, rotate the nozzle to a right angle.
- Point the nozzle towards the back of the throat.
- Press the pump to spray as directed below.
- Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
Dosage
- Adults and teenagers (13+): 3 sprays to the back of the throat per dose. Repeat every 2–3 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 doses in 24 hours.
- Children 6–12 years: 1–2 sprays per dose with adult supervision. Repeat every 2–3 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 doses in 24 hours.
- Under 6 years: Do not use.
Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice.

Contains a local anaesthetic (e.g., benzocaine) and excipients including flavourings (honey & lemon). Alcohol-containing formulation.

Warnings & precautions
- Allergy alert: Do not use if you are allergic to local anaesthetics (e.g., benzocaine) or any ingredient in this product.
- Breathing/colour changes: Rarely, benzocaine may cause methaemoglobinaemia. Seek urgent medical help if you develop pale/blue or grey lips, shortness of breath, fatigue, or rapid heartbeat.
- Numbness caution: Avoid eating or drinking hot liquids immediately after use to reduce the risk of choking or burns. Wait until normal sensation returns.
- Children: Not for children under 6 years. Use in 6–12 year-olds only with adult supervision.
- Other medicines: Talk to a pharmacist or doctor if you are taking other medicines, especially sulfonamides, or if you have blood disorders, breathing problems, or G6PD deficiency.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Ask a healthcare professional before use.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. If sore throat is severe, lasts longer than 2–3 days, or is accompanied by fever, headache, nausea, or vomiting, consult a healthcare professional.
- Alcohol content: Contains alcohol.
