Product Description
These test strips use enzyme-based electrochemical technology to measure the glucose level in a fresh capillary blood sample. The strip draws the blood in automatically by capillary action. When used correctly and within the stated shelf life, the strips help provide an accurate reading to inform dosage decisions, meal planning, or consultation with a healthcare professional.

For 4 Sure branded blood glucose meters only. Check the meter model number before use. Do not use with non-compatible meters as this may lead to inaccurate results.
Notes
Product images and description are for general information; always read the label and instructions supplied with your specific pack. If you are unsure whether this product is suitable for your meter or your diabetes management plan, speak to your healthcare professional before use.
How to Use
- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.
- Insert a new test strip into the meter as directed; the meter should power on/enter test mode.
- Use a sterile lancet to obtain a drop of blood from the fingertip (or alternative approved site).
- Gently touch the blood drop to the sample area of the strip; allow the strip to draw in the blood.
- Wait for the meter to display your blood glucose result.
- Discard the used strip in a sharps or appropriate waste container.
Dosage / Testing Frequency
Test strip products do not contain medicinal dosage, but testing frequency is an important part
of diabetes management. Unless otherwise instructed by your healthcare professional, typical guidance is:
- Type 1 diabetes: often 3–10 times per day (before meals, 2 hours after meals, at bedtime, before exercise, and when feeling unwell).
- Type 2 diabetes (on insulin or medication that can cause low blood sugar): 1–4 times per day or as advised.
- Stable Type 2 diabetes (diet or non-hypo-inducing medication): as recommended by your doctor, which may be less frequent.
Always follow the personalised schedule provided by your doctor, diabetes nurse, or pharmacist. Increase
testing temporarily when changing medication, adjusting diet/exercise, during illness, or if readings are
unusually high or low.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place at the temperature stated on pack.
- Keep the vial tightly closed when not in use.
- Use within the period indicated after opening (see pack).
- Do not refrigerate or freeze.
- Do not use strips after the expiration date.
Warnings
- For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not ingest.
- For single use only. Do not reuse test strips.
- Use only with 4 Sure and Simple compatible meters.
- Always check the expiration date. Do not use expired or damaged strips.
- If the vial has been left open or exposed to moisture, strips may give inaccurate results.
- Improper storage, insufficient blood sample, or using the wrong meter mode can lead to false readings.
- If you get a result that does not match how you feel, repeat the test with a new strip and/or contact your healthcare provider.
