Who is it for?

Suitable for adults and children with symptoms of dry eyes, especially noticeable on waking. Helpful in centrally heated or air-conditioned environments and during screen-heavy days.

How it works

The ointment’s lipid-rich base supplements the oily layer of the tear film to reduce overnight evaporation. Vitamin A (retinol palmitate) helps the ointment spread evenly across the ocular surface for smooth, lasting comfort.

Dosage & Directions

  • Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
  • Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
  • Squeeze a ~1 cm ribbon of ointment into the pocket of each affected eye.
  • Close your eyes gently for a few seconds to allow the ointment to spread.
  • Best used at bedtime. Temporary blurred vision is normal after application.
  • If using other eye medicines: apply eye drops first, wait 5–10 minutes, then apply this ointment last.
  • Use nightly or as needed. Seek professional advice if symptoms persist.

Warnings & Precautions

  • For external ophthalmic use only.
  • Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient, including wool fat (lanolin).
  • Remove contact lenses before use; re-insert when vision has cleared after waking.
  • May cause temporary blurred vision—do not drive or operate machinery until it clears.
  • Do not touch the tube tip to the eye or any surface to avoid contamination.
  • Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience pain, persistent redness, vision changes, or new symptoms.
  • Pregnancy or breast-feeding: seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Replace cap tightly after each use.
  • Store at room temperature, below 25 °C. Do not freeze.
  • Use within 6 months of first opening.
  • Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack.
