Numark Hayfever Relief 2% Eye Drops 10ml are used to relieve and treat the eye symptoms of hayfever, including itchy, red, watery, and irritated eyes. The active ingredient, sodium cromoglicate 2% w/v, helps reduce allergic reactions in the eyes and can be used during periods of exposure to pollen and other allergens.
Dosage
Adults and children over 6 years: place one or two drops into each eye four times daily.
Use only as directed. Do not use continuously for more than 14 days unless advised by a
doctor or pharmacist.
Wash your hands before use. Remove contact lenses before applying the drops and wait at
least 15 minutes before putting them back in.
Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to sodium cromoglicate or any of the other ingredients.
Speak to a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms do not start to improve within 48 hours, or
if they worsen.
These eye drops contain benzalkonium chloride, which may cause eye irritation and may
discolour soft contact lenses. Temporary blurred vision, stinging, or burning may occur
after use. Do not drive or operate machinery until your vision is clear.
Discard the bottle four weeks after first opening. After opening, do not store above 25°C.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Ingredients
Active ingredient: Sodium cromoglicate 2.0% w/v (20mg per 1ml).
Other ingredients: Disodium edetate, benzalkonium chloride, and water for injections.
