How it works
Each tablet contains a nasal decongestant that constricts swollen blood vessels in the linings of the nose and sinuses, relieving pressure and helping to open the airways.What’s inside

Dosage & directions
Important: Follow the directions on your pack/leaflet. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: Swallow 1 tablet with water every 4–6 hours as needed.
- Maximum: Do not take more than 4 tablets in 24 hours unless advised by a pharmacist or doctor.
- Do not use in children under 12 years.
If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms occur, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
Warnings & precautions
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not use if you are taking, or have taken in the last 14 days, MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) for depression.
- Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have: high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, severe kidney or liver problems, or prostate enlargement/urinary retention.
- Pregnancy & breast-feeding: Ask a doctor or pharmacist for advice before use.
- May cause insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, or headache. If affected, avoid driving or operating machinery.
- Avoid taking close to bedtime to reduce the chance of sleep disturbance.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
How to store
- Store below 25°C in a dry place.
- Keep in the original blister and carton to protect from moisture and light.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
Helpful advice
- Drink fluids, rest, and consider saline nasal rinses to support relief.
- Avoid taking with other cold/flu remedies that also contain decongestants.
