Dosage & How to Take
Always read the label and the patient information leaflet. Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Adults and adolescents aged 16 years and over: Take 1–2 tablets with water, every 4–6 hours as needed.
- Maximum: Do not take more than 8 tablets in any 24-hour period (equivalent to 4 g paracetamol and 520 mg caffeine).
- Children under 16 years: Do not give these tablets.
- Do not take with other paracetamol-containing products or other sources of caffeine (e.g., coffee, energy drinks) to avoid excessive intake.

Warnings & Precautions
- Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or any of the ingredients.
- Overdose risk: Taking more than the recommended dose can cause serious liver damage. Seek immediate medical advice even if you feel well.
- Liver or kidney disease, alcohol use: Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Other medicines: Consult a healthcare professional if you are taking warfarin or other anticoagulants, enzyme-inducing drugs, or medicines that contain paracetamol or caffeine.
- Caffeine sensitivity: May cause insomnia, irritability, rapid heartbeat, or nervousness—avoid other caffeine sources.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before use.
- Stop use and seek medical help if you experience allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulties), persistent headaches, or if symptoms worsen or do not improve after a few days.
