How It Works
The emollient ingredients in Unguentum M Cream form an occlusive film over the skin. This film helps to lock in moisture and restore the skin’s natural barrier, which is often weakened in conditions such as eczema or dermatitis. Well-hydrated skin is less likely to crack, itch or become inflamed.Uses
- General dry or very dry skin
- Eczema and dermatitis (as part of an overall skincare routine)
- After washing or bathing to prevent moisture loss
- As a soap substitute for sensitive skin

Directions / Dosage
For use on the skin only.
- Wash and dry hands before use.
- Apply a thin to generous layer of Unguentum M Cream to the affected area.
- Gently smooth in the direction of hair growth. Do not rub vigorously.
- Use 2 to 4 times daily, or more often if skin is very dry.
- After bathing or showering, apply within 3 minutes to trap moisture.
As a soap substitute: Apply to wet skin in place of soap, gently cleanse, then rinse and pat dry.
Reapply a small amount afterwards if needed.
Children / infants: Use sparingly and only as directed by a healthcare professional. Apply gently
and avoid broken or weeping areas unless advised.
Warnings & Precautions
- For external use only. Do not swallow.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, inside the nose or mouth, and other sensitive areas.
- Do not use if you are known to be allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients. If
irritation or rash occurs, stop using and seek medical advice. - If your skin becomes more red, swollen, painful or weeping, speak to a doctor or pharmacist as
this may indicate infection or that another treatment is required. - This product may make skin and clothing slippery. Take care on hard surfaces (bath, shower,
floor). - Emollients on clothing or dressings can increase the risk of fabric catching fire. Keep away
from naked flames and do not smoke when emollients are on the skin or clothing. - Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Generally considered safe, but if you are pregnant, planning a
pregnancy or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use. - If symptoms persist longer than 7–14 days or repeatedly return, consult a healthcare
professional.
