Dosage

Adults and children 16 years and over:

• Take one tablet with water, 20 minutes before going to bed.
• Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.
• Intended for short-term use only. If sleep problems persist for more than 2 weeks, seek medical advice.

Children under 16 years: Not recommended. Consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg.

Other ingredients may include: lactose and other standard tablet excipients. Always check the packaging for the full and current ingredient list, especially if you have allergies or intolerances.

Warnings

• For short-term, occasional use only. Do not use continuously for extended periods without medical supervision.
• May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Avoid alcohol, which can increase drowsiness.
• Do not take if you are allergic to Diphenhydramine or any of the other ingredients.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
  • Have glaucoma, prostate problems, urinary retention, liver or kidney problems, or severe respiratory disease.
  • Are taking other medicines that can cause drowsiness, other antihistamines, or medications for depression, anxiety, or sleep.
• Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before use.
• If you take more than the recommended dose, seek medical attention immediately, even if you feel well.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
• Keep in original packaging and do not use after the expiry date.
