How it works
The formula combines astringent, antiseptic and emollient actions to protect sore areas and ease discomfort. Key actives include zinc oxide and bismuth salts (soothing/protective) and Peru balsam (mild antiseptic and protective), in a vanishing cream base for comfortable application.What’s included

Helpful tips
- Try not to strain; avoid sitting on the toilet for long periods.
- Increase fibre and fluids to keep stools soft.
- Cleanse gently and pat dry the area; avoid perfumed soaps.

Dosage & directions
- Adults and the elderly: Apply sparingly to the affected area at night, in the morning, and after each bowel movement.
- External piles: Gently cleanse and dry the area before applying a thin layer of cream.
- Internal piles: Fit the provided rectal nozzle, remove the cap, and carefully apply inside the back passage. Replace cap and clean the nozzle thoroughly after each use.
- Do not use more often than directed.
- Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years.
Warnings & precautions
- Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have rectal bleeding, blood in the stool, severe pain, or if you have not been previously diagnosed with piles.
- Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or do not improve within 14 days, or if you experience allergic reactions (e.g., rash, irritation, or swelling).
- For topical use only. Avoid getting the cream in the eyes. Use the nozzle only for internal rectal application.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding: Ask a healthcare professional for advice before use.
- Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
