Dosage & Directions
- Adults 18+: Take one capsule (20 mg) once daily, preferably in the morning.
- Swallow whole with water. Do not chew or crush the capsule.
- Use for 14 consecutive days for best results. Do not exceed one capsule in 24 hours.
- Relief may begin within 24 hours, but full benefit is usually seen after 2–3 days of continuous use.
Do not take for more than 14 days without medical advice. If symptoms persist or recur soon after completing the course, consult a healthcare professional.

Each gastro-resistant capsule contains 20 mg Esomeprazole and standard capsule excipients.

Warnings & Precautions
- For adults 18+ only. Not for children.
- Do not use if you are allergic to proton pump inhibitors (e.g., omeprazole, esomeprazole) or any capsule ingredient.
- Talk to a pharmacist or doctor before use if you:
- Have persistent chest pain, unexplained weight loss, swallowing difficulty, vomiting, black stools, or blood in vomit.
- Have used heartburn/indigestion medicines for 4+ weeks continuously.
- Are over 55 with new or changed symptoms.
- Have liver problems or are due for an endoscopy.
- Drug interactions: Check with a pharmacist/doctor if you take medicines such as warfarin or other anticoagulants, clopidogrel, digoxin, antifungals, methotrexate, antiretrovirals, or anticonvulsants.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before use.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. If you accidentally take too much, seek medical advice promptly.
- If symptoms worsen or fail to improve after 14 days, or recur soon after, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
