Directions (Summary)
- Blow your nose. Wash or sanitise hands and open the test components.
- Insert the sterile swab ~2–3 cm into one nostril; rotate against nasal walls for 15 seconds. Repeat with the same swab in the other nostril.
- Place swab in the buffer tube. Swirl and squeeze the swab tip against the tube walls for 15 seconds. Attach the dropper cap.
- Add the recommended number of drops to the sample well on the cassette (per insert).
- Start the timer and read the result at the time specified in the instructions (do not read after the stated time window).

Result Interpretation
- Positive: Control line (C) and test line (T) both visible—even if the T line is faint. Contact a healthcare professional if needed.
- Negative: Only the control line (C) is visible. If symptoms persist or you had a recent exposure, repeat testing as directed.
- Invalid: No control line (C). Repeat with a new test.
Dosage / Testing Frequency
Antigen tests use frequency rather than medication dosing. General recommendations:
- Symptomatic: Test immediately. If the first test is negative, repeat 24–48 hours later.
- Known exposure, no symptoms: Test at least 24–48 hours after exposure, and consider repeat testing 24–48 hours apart.
- Pre-event screening: Test as close to the time of the event as practical (e.g., same day).
Storage & Handling
- Store at room temperature as specified in the insert. Do not freeze.
- Use before the expiration date printed on each component.
- Keep all parts sealed until use. Dispose of used materials per local regulations.
