Dosage & directions

Always use exactly as described in the package leaflet or as advised by a healthcare professional.

• Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets two hours before travel, then 1 tablet every 8 hours if needed.
• Children 5–12 years: Give 1 tablet two hours before travel, then ½ tablet every 8 hours if needed.
• Children under 5 years: Do not give unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.

Swallow tablets with water. Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

Warnings & precautions

• May cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Avoid alcohol, which can increase drowsiness.
• Do not take if you are allergic to cinnarizine or any of the ingredients listed in the leaflet.
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have Parkinson’s disease, glaucoma, urinary retention, severe liver problems, or are taking sedatives or other medicines that can make you drowsy.
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Ask a doctor or pharmacist for advice before use.
• Possible side effects include drowsiness, dry mouth, stomach upset, or headache. Stop use and seek advice if you experience unusual symptoms or an allergic reaction.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
