Interactions & spacing from other medicines

- Diuretics, corticosteroids and certain heart or seizure medicines may interact. Seek pharmacist or doctor advice.
- Avoid taking with large amounts of foods or supplements high in oxalates or phytates at the same time (e.g., spinach, bran) as they may reduce calcium absorption.
Possible side effects
