Dosage & Directions
- Adults & children: 1–2 sprays into each nostril as needed (typically up to several times daily).
- Gently blow your nose. Keep head upright, insert nozzle into one nostril and press to spray while breathing in gently. Repeat for the other nostril.
- Wipe nozzle after use and replace cap.
For babies and very young children, a pharmacist can advise on suitable technique and frequency.
When to Use
- Dry, irritated nasal passages (air travel, centrally heated or air-conditioned rooms).
- Mild congestion from colds or seasonal allergies.
