Duomed Soft 1 Thigh Stocking Open Toe Sand Medium (CLEARANCE)
Duomed Soft 1 Thigh Stocking Open Toe Sand Medium
Duomed Soft 1 Thigh Stocking is a soft, comfortable graduated compression stocking designed for everyday wear and the management of mild venous conditions. This thigh-length stocking provides British Standard Class 1 compression of 14–17 mmHg and features an open-toe design for added comfort and flexibility.
The lightweight, breathable fabric provides graduated compression, with the greatest pressure applied around the ankle and progressively decreasing compression further up the leg. The thigh-length design incorporates a silicone top band to help keep the stocking securely in position during wear.
This version is supplied in Sand, Medium size and with an Open Toe. Duomed Soft compression hosiery is latex-free and complies with British Standard compression requirements.

Important Information
Compression hosiery should be selected according to appropriate measurements and clinical requirements. If you are uncertain whether Class 1 compression is suitable for you, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Dosage and Directions for Use
Wear as directed by your healthcare professional. The appropriate compression class and size should be determined according to your individual requirements and leg measurements.
Compression stockings are generally easiest to put on in the morning, before significant leg swelling develops. Ensure the stocking is distributed evenly over the leg without wrinkles, folds or bunching. Do not roll or fold the top band down, as this may create excessive localised pressure.
For best results, follow the manufacturer’s fitting, application, removal and care instructions supplied with the product. If you are unsure how long the stocking should be worn each day, seek advice from your healthcare professional.
Warnings and Precautions
- Use only the compression class recommended for you by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
- Correct measurement and fitting are important for safe and effective compression therapy.
- Do not use compression hosiery where compression is contraindicated, including certain arterial circulation disorders, unless specifically advised by a healthcare professional.
- Seek professional advice before use if you have circulatory problems, heart failure, significant leg swelling, neuropathy, damaged or fragile skin, or another medical condition affecting the legs.
- Stop using the stocking and seek medical advice if you experience significant pain, numbness, unusual colour changes, worsening swelling or other unexpected symptoms.
- The stocking should feel snug but should not feel uncomfortably tight.
- Keep away from children when not in use.
- Always read and retain the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product.
Ingredients / Materials
Duomed Soft is a medical compression garment rather than a medicinal product and therefore does not contain active pharmaceutical ingredients. The hosiery is manufactured using elastic textile fibres, including polyamide and elastane. The product is latex-free, and the thigh-length version features a silicone top band.
If you have a known sensitivity to textile materials or components used in compression garments, check the manufacturer’s packaging and full material declaration before use.
Care Instructions
Follow the washing and care instructions supplied with the garment. Duomed Soft compression hosiery is machine washable. Regular washing helps maintain cleanliness and the performance of the elastic fibres. Avoid using care products that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
