Dosage

Adults aged 16 to 60 years: Take one capsule (150mg) by mouth as a single dose.

Swallow the capsule whole with water. It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food.

Do not take more than the recommended dose unless advised by a doctor.

Warnings

Do not use this product:

• if you are under 16 or over 60 years of age unless your doctor has told you to use it
• if you are allergic to fluconazole, other antifungal medicines, or any of the ingredients
• if you are taking astemizole, terfenadine, cisapride, pimozide, quinidine, or erythromycin
• if you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding unless a healthcare professional has advised you to use it

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if:

• this is the first time you have had thrush symptoms
• you have had more than two episodes of thrush in the last 6 months
• you or your partner have ever had a sexually transmitted infection
• you have liver, kidney, or heart problems
• you have previously had an allergic reaction to antifungal treatment

Women should not use this product without medical advice if they have:

• irregular or abnormal vaginal bleeding
• blood-stained discharge
• ulcers, blisters, or sores of the vagina or vulva
• lower abdominal pain
• pain or difficulty passing urine
• fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, or foul-smelling discharge

Men should not use this product without medical advice if they have:

• sores, ulcers, or blisters on the penis
• an abnormal discharge
• an unpleasant smell from the penis
• pain or difficulty passing urine
• a partner who has not been diagnosed with thrush

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Fluconazole 150mg.

Other ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, maize starch, sodium lauryl sulphate.

Capsule shell contains: brilliant blue FCF (E133), titanium dioxide (E171), gelatine.

Printing ink contains: shellac, black iron oxide (E172), propylene glycol.
