Dosage & Directions
- Wash and dry hands. If your pack includes an applicator, attach it as directed.
- Apply approximately 2–3 g (about a small pea to marble-sized amount) high into the vagina.
- Maintenance: Use once every 3 days (or as needed) to maintain hydration.
- During pronounced dryness: You may apply once daily for up to 7 days, then reduce to every 2–3 days.
Tip: Evening application before bed can help minimise leakage.
