How it works

The gel forms a protective, bio-active barrier on the mucosa and creates an unfavourable environment for harmful bacteria while supporting beneficial lactobacilli. This helps restore comfort and maintain healthy vaginal balance.

Dosage & Directions

For symptoms (e.g., odour, irritation, excessive discharge):

Wash hands. Apply a small amount (approximately a pea-sized to fingertip-sized quantity) of gel internally just inside the vagina and/or externally on the vulva.
Use 2–3 times daily for the first 5–7 days, or as needed until comfort is restored.

For maintenance / prevention:

Apply once daily or a few times per week, particularly after activities that may disrupt balance (e.g., menstruation, sex, swimming, antibiotic courses).

Tip: The gel is water-based and can be used with most condoms. It is not a contraceptive and not a spermicide.
