  • These terms may be varied at any time.
  • By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms & conditions on this page.
  • The contents of this web site are directed solely at those who access the site from the UK. Your use of this web site and any purchase by you on this web site of any products is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • You must be a UK resident within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man or Jersey to use our website.
  • Any use of a VPN to use our services or to place an order is strictly prohibited. If you are found to have used a VPN to access our website, any orders will be cancelled and access to our services will be restricted.
  • To register with and use this site you must be over 18 and the details which you give us must be true. You will be responsible for your use of this site and for your orders so please ensure that you keep your log-in details secure so that no-one else can misuse them.
  • Order details will be confirmed by you prior to placing your order. Pharmacy First accepts no liability on losses or delays with deliveries with any information that is incorrect or incomplete once the order has been placed.
  • Any attempt to falsify information to place an order will be deemed as fraudulent and for security reasons we will restrict access to our services provided on our website.
  • You, the customer, agree to provide correct and accurate information when presented with any forms to fill in when placing your order. Pharmacy First accepts no liability for any delays caused by any misinformation when placing your order.
  • If for any reason Royal Mail failed to deliver your parcel (e.g. missed delivery), it is the responsibility of you, the customer, to arrange a redelivery or collect from your sorting office at a time that will suit you better as we are unable to predict a time that is better suited to you.
  • If Royal Mail fail to deliver to parcel (e.g. missed delivery) and it is no longer available for collection or redelivery, we are only able to issue either a replacement or a refund once your parcel has been returned back to us by Royal Mail. Please note that returns from Royal Mail can take a minimum of 18 working days.
  • If Royal Mail attempt to deliver your parcel and you are not available to accept the parcel, Royal Mail will operate under their standard procedure to either deliver the parcel to another member of your household or with a neighbour. We are not liable if you are unavailable to accept the parcel and Royal Mail deliver this to a neighbour or another member of your household. Royal Mail will make every attempt to deliver the parcel rather than return it back to your local sorting office as per their standard operating procedure which is outside of our control.
  • If you have refused your parcel, we will only be able to refund your order once it has been returned back from Royal Mail. Please note that refusals take a minimum of 18 working days for Royal Mail to return these back to us. If there are any discrepancies with your parcel when Royal Mail attempt delivery, it is recommended that you accept the parcel and contact us so it can be investigated by our customer service team.
  • Please note that following a review of our delivery procedures, we are unable to deliver to storage facilities. If you are found to be using a storage facility as a delivery address, your order will be cancelled and refunded
  • If you use a forwarding company, Pharmacy First cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise as a result of the forwarding company that you use. Pharmacy First can only be held responsible to the point of the forwarding company you used as your delivery address. After this point it is to the responsibility of your forwarding company to deliver your order to you. Pharmacy First will only be able to investigate if the parcel is refused or sent back to us by your forwarding company.
  • In addition, if your residence requires an access code, you will need to state this on the address of your order. We will not be held liable for any issues regarding access codes missing to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
  • In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived, you have 30 days from dispatch of the order to claim that your parcel has not arrived. Any claims after such period will not be accepted.
  • In addition to the above statement, in the unlikely event that your order is incomplete (where some items may or may not have arrived or goods may have been received incorrect) or items have arrived damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the dispatch of your order to claim for any discrepancies. Any discrepancies after this time frame will be down to the discretion of Pharmacy First.
  • In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately and do not open the product. We are unable to accept returns on opened, broken seals or used items.
  • You agree to contact us should you have any issues with your order. We reserve the right to restrict your account should any chargebacks or false claims be submitted on your behalf.
  • Free delivery Products – Please note that any products that are listed as free delivery only qualify for this if the following conditions are met: Only free delivery items have been added to the cart.
  • If you are restricted from using our services for any of the reasons mentioned above and you attempt to circumvent these restrictions, this will result in additional restrictions on your account and an admin fee may be applied.


  • Free delivery over £40 – This applies only on orders where the cost of the items exceeds £40. Excludes prescription medication. Free delivery orders will be sent via express delivery.
  • In the event of postage price fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust the postage or free delivery promotions at any time to reflect Royal Mail business price increases.
  • Discount Code redemption – Please note that Discount codes are limited to 1 per order and any further codes will not be applicable. Pharmacy First reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotional codes at any time without notification. Promotions, discount codes or offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discount codes or offers.


  • Pharmacy First has taken care in the preparation of the content of this web site. To the fullest extent permitted by the law Pharmacy First disclaims all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of this web site.
  • Pharmacy First and its directors or related companies shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from use of this web site except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Pharmacy First, its directors or employees.
  • All content of this web site is for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, rather it is designed to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers.   • If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable then the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
  • Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed manually at the premises of Pharmacy First by our registered pharmacists who are members of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
  • We reserve the right to contact you via email should either our pharmacist or doctor requires more information regarding the items you have ordered.
  • If we are unable to contact you via email (as a result of an invalid address, undeliverable emails or no reply), we reserve the right to deem you uncontactable and your order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
  • We reserve the right to carry out routine age verification checks on any order at our discretion in compliance with our governing bodies. You must be over the age of 18 to place orders on our website.
  • We also reserve the right to restrict access to individuals, businesses or corporations who are or suspected to deceive, defame or defraud our company. This includes but not limited chargeback claims and disputes.
  • All prescription orders will be subject to age verification checks. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase prescription medication from our website.
  • This website should be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which Pharmacy First may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of a sale invoice being issued by Pharmacy First following checking of orders by a pharmacist.
  • With respect to the supply of medicines to the USA, you understand that this supply is subject to the control of the US Customs and the FDA as they cross the US border which may result in delay or non-delivery of your order. Pharmacy First cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by US customs, Pharmacy First will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered under these circumstances. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to prepare for any delays that may occur in obtaining your order from Pharmacy First, and further that in the event of US customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be borne by you in full.
  • EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price.
  • VAT Invoices may be made available upon request on a case by case basis. Please note that once the VAT invoice is supplied to you we will be unable to accept a return for the items purchased.
  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Our customer service help desk operates on a zero tolerance policy. If you are found to be rude, aggressive or abusive, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Rude an abusive behaviour on any level will not be tolerated towards our company or our staff.
  • All offers on this site are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
  • No more than one discount offer code and/or voucher code may be used for a single order
  • We may use cookies to record information about customers when they are logged in to ensure the smooth running of our website and service. None of this information is supplied to 3rd parties and is purely used to enhance the user experience.
  • By ordering with Pharmacy First you agree to allow us to perform Age and Identity Verification Checks. These checks are to ensure that products being ordered are safe, appropriate and legal to sell to a particular individual. Read our Privacy Policy regarding our Age and Identity Verification Checks here. In addition the following Terms and Conditions apply to users of the NHS Prescription Service
  • All NHS Prescription Services provided by Pharmacy First are provided on a “best endeavours” basis. Requests made electronically from this website will be forwarded to your doctor as soon as possible. Due to the range of third party networks and innovative technology used for this transmission we are unable to guarantee a time of arrival of the request at your Doctor’s surgery or absolutely guarantee that it will arrive at all. You are responsible for determining and checking if this request has been received.
  • We are legally only able to dispense medicines for you when we have received either an electronic prescription which has been digitally signed by a prescribing doctor or alternatively a conventional paper prescription signed in writing by a prescribing doctor. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber. Pharmacy First cannot guarantee that a request for a prescription made through the NHS Prescription Service will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
  • We are not responsible for failure of third party companies’ inability to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Pharmacy First’s obligations in dispensing that prescription.
  • You are responsible for providing written evidence of current and valid exemption from payment or alternatively providing valid credit or debit card details which may be charged if you are not exempt from payment. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to you if your exemption or payment details have expired or are invalid in any way. In such cases we will attempt to contact you to enable you to provide updated information and allow us to dispense the prescription.
  • If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong then please contact us. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products.
