Dosage & directions
- Wash hands. Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to a clean fingertip or swab.
- Spread gently over the gums, tongue and inside cheeks. Reapply to any dry areas.
- Use as often as needed to maintain comfort—typically 3–5 times daily and before bed.
- Safe if a small amount is swallowed. Do not exceed normal use; if you need very frequent applications, seek advice.
Tip: Nighttime dryness is common. A slightly larger amount before sleep can help keep the mouth comfortable.
