How It Works
Gentle warmth helps melt and mobilize natural oils at the eyelid margins. After warming, many users follow with light lid massage and cleansing as directed by their clinician to complete a simple eyelid-care routine.Note: Always read and retain the leaflet provided with your EyeBag and follow your clinician’s advice.
Directions & Dosage
- Heat the EyeBag according to the instructions in the pack insert. Do not overheat.
- Check temperature on the inside of your wrist. The bag should feel warm, not hot.
- Apply over closed eyelids for the time stated in the leaflet or as advised by your eye-care professional.
- Optional: After warming, perform gentle lid massage and clean the lid margins if recommended to you.
- Frequency (“dosage”): typically once or twice daily at first, then as needed for maintenance, per professional advice.
Always follow the heating times and application durations provided with your EyeBag or by your clinician. If instructions differ,
prioritize your clinician’s guidance.
Care & Maintenance
- Allow the EyeBag to cool and air-dry fully between uses.
- Store in a clean, dry environment away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Inspect regularly; discontinue use if the outer fabric is damaged or if contents leak.
Warnings & Precautions
- For external use only. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
- Do not overheat. Excessive heat can cause burns or damage the product.
- Always check temperature on the inside of your wrist before placing on eyelids.
- Stop use and consult an eye-care professional if you experience pain, worsening symptoms, vision changes, or persistent redness.
- Not a substitute for professional medical care. Seek advice before use if you have recent eye surgery, eye infections, glaucoma, severe dry eye, or other ocular conditions.
- Keep out of reach of children. Use with adult supervision when appropriate.
- Do not use while sleeping. Do not microwave alongside liquids or metallic objects.
- If the EyeBag becomes damaged, discolored, or emits an unusual odor after heating, discard and replace.
