How to use (Dosage)
Unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional:
- Adults: Take one (1) tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal.
- Pregnancy planning & early pregnancy: Many public health guidelines recommend 400 µg folic acid daily from before conception until the end of week 12 of pregnancy.
