- Attach the refill bottle to the diffuser head and tighten gently.
- Plug the unit into an upright wall socket in the main room your pet uses.
- Leave switched on continuously for best results.
- Position away from curtains, furniture, or shelves that could block airflow.
Tip: Introduce the diffuser 2–3 days before predictable stressors (e.g., fireworks night) to allow the environment to stabilise.
Dosage & Coverage
- One diffuser per room is typically sufficient for an average-sized living area or bedroom.
- Coverage guide: up to a medium-sized room (e.g., ~50–70 m² / 540–750 ft²) with normal ventilation.
- Duration: one refill generally lasts up to 30 days of continuous use, depending on room size, airflow, and temperature.
- Refills: replace the refill monthly or when the bottle appears empty; replace the diffuser device every 6 months of continuous use for optimal performance.
- Multi-room homes: use additional diffusers for separate floors or closed-off rooms where pets spend time.
