How to use
- Gently blow your nose.
- Shake the bottle, remove the cap, and prime the spray if needed.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other, keep your head upright.
- Press to spray while gently breathing in through the nose.
- Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap.
Dosage
- Adults & children 12 years and over: 1–2 sprays in each nostril, every 6–8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years: Do not use unless a healthcare professional advises otherwise.
- Duration of use: Use for no more than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion (worsening stuffiness when the spray is stopped).

Active ingredient
Oxymetazoline hydrochloride (decongestant). Helps constrict nasal blood vessels to reduce swelling in the nasal passages.
Warnings & precautions
- Do not use if you are allergic to oxymetazoline or any of the ingredients.
- Do not use for more than 7 days. Prolonged use may cause rebound congestion.
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have: high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma, enlarged prostate/urination problems, chronic nasal inflammation, or if you are on MAOIs or other antidepressants.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before using.
- Children: Not recommended under 12 years unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Do not use with other cough/cold or decongestant medicines without medical advice.
- Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience persistent irritation, severe burning, sneezing, increased congestion, or no improvement after 3–5 days.
- Avoid spraying into the eyes or mouth. Keep the nozzle clean to prevent contamination. Keep out of the reach of children.
Possible side effects
Nasal dryness or irritation, sneezing, transient burning or stinging may occur. Rarely, palpitations or headache can occur. If you experience severe or unusual symptoms, seek medical attention.
Storage
- Store below 25 °C in a dry place.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
- Do not use after the expiry date on the pack.
