How it works
Contains beclometasone dipropionate, a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation inside the nose, easing swelling and irritation that trigger hayfever symptoms.Who is it for?

Dosage
- Adults (18+): Two sprays in each nostril twice daily (morning and evening). This equals 400 micrograms/day.
- Once symptoms are controlled, reduce to one spray in each nostril twice daily.
- Maximum: Do not exceed 8 sprays total in 24 hours.
- Use regularly. It can take 2–3 days to build to full effect.
- For seasonal allergies, consider starting a few days before your usual trigger period.

How to use
- Gently shake the bottle. Prime the spray if using for the first time or after a few days of non-use.
- Blow your nose gently. Keep head slightly forward.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril, pointing slightly outwards (away from the nasal septum). Press to spray while breathing in gently.
- Repeat in the other nostril and as directed for your dose. Wipe nozzle and replace cap.
Warnings & cautions
- For nasal use only.
- Do not use if you are allergic to beclometasone or any ingredient in this product.
- Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have a nasal infection, have recently had nose surgery or injury, or have glaucoma/eye pressure problems.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding: seek medical advice before use.
- If symptoms do not improve within 7–14 days, or if you need treatment for a prolonged period (e.g., > 3 months), consult your doctor.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. Overuse increases the risk of side effects.
- Possible side effects: nasal irritation or dryness, sore throat, unpleasant taste/smell, nosebleeds, headache. Stop use and seek medical help if you develop signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., rash, facial swelling, wheeze, difficulty breathing).
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Storage
- Store below the temperature stated on the pack. Do not freeze.
- Keep the bottle upright and replace cap after use.
