How to take (Dosage)
Always dissolve in water before taking. Leave at least the stated time between doses. Do not take more than the maximum daily amount.
- Adults (18+): Dissolve 2 tablets in water every 4–6 hours as needed. Max 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Adolescents 16–18 years: Dissolve 1–2 tablets every 6 hours as needed. Max 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Adolescents 12–15 years: Dissolve 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed. Max 4 tablets in 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years: Do not give.
Intended for short-term use only: use for up to 3 days. If pain persists or worsens, stop and seek medical advice.
How to use
- Dissolve the tablet(s) fully in a glass of water, stir, and drink immediately.
- Leave at least 4–6 hours (adults) or 6 hours (12–18 years) between doses.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
Active ingredients (per tablet)
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 12.8 mg
- Caffeine 30 mg
Notable excipients: Sodium; Sorbitol.
Warnings & precautions
- Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Overdose may cause serious liver damage.
- Contains codeine. For short-term use only (max 3 days). Codeine can cause dependency/addiction. If you need to use for more than 3 days, seek medical advice.
- Do not use if you are breast-feeding. Codeine passes into breast milk and may cause serious adverse reactions in the infant.
- Drowsiness/impairment: May cause dizziness or sedation. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery. Alcohol may increase drowsiness—avoid alcohol.
- Caffeine: Each tablet contains 30 mg caffeine—limit high-caffeine drinks (coffee/tea/energy drinks).
- Sodium. Talk to your pharmacist/doctor if you are on a low-sodium diet or have hypertension/heart failure.
- Stomach/intestinal issues: Sorbitol may cause gastrointestinal discomfort; avoid if you have hereditary fructose intolerance.
- Drug interactions: Consult a pharmacist/doctor before use if taking other medicines (e.g., other analgesics, sedatives, antidepressants, enzyme inducers/inhibitors, anticoagulants).
- Medical conditions: Seek advice before use if you have liver, kidney, respiratory problems (including asthma), or if you are an ultra-rapid/poor metaboliser of codeine.
- Pregnancy: Not recommended unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Allergies: Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, codeine, caffeine, or any excipient listed.
If you suspect an overdose (even if you feel well), seek immediate medical advice due to the risk of delayed, serious liver damage from paracetamol.

- Store below 25 °C in the original packaging to protect from moisture.
