What it is
Each effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg analgesic (commonly used for relief of mild to moderate pain and reduction of fever). The effervescent format helps dispersion and is gentle on the stomach when taken as directed.FAQ
How quickly does it work? Effervescent tablets dissolve fully in water for rapid dispersion. Onset varies by person and condition. Can I take it with food? Yes. It can be taken with or without food. Always dissolve in water first.How to take (Dosage)
- Adults and adolescents 16 years and over: Dissolve 1 tablet (1000 mg) in a full glass of water and drink. If needed, repeat every 4–6 hours.
- Maximum daily dose: Do not exceed 4 tablets (4000 mg) in any 24-hour period.
- Minimum dosing interval: At least 4 hours between doses.
- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
- Not for children under 16 years unless advised by a healthcare professional.
- Administration: Always fully dissolve the tablet in water before drinking. Do not swallow the tablet whole.
If you need to use this medicine for more than 3 days for fever or 3–5 days for pain, or if symptoms worsen, seek medical advice.
Active & Other Ingredients
Active: Analgesic/antipyretic 1000 mg per tablet.

Warnings & Precautions
- Do not exceed the stated dose. Taking more than the recommended amount can cause serious harm.
- Do not take with other products that contain the same active pain-relief ingredient (including many cold & flu remedies). Check labels to avoid accidental overdose.
- Liver disease / alcohol use: Talk to your doctor before use if you have liver problems or if you regularly drink alcohol.
- Kidney disease, low-sodium diet, or heart failure: Effervescent tablets may contain significant sodium. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- Drug interactions: Speak to a healthcare professional if you take blood thinners (e.g., warfarin), anti-nausea medicines (e.g., domperidone, metoclopramide), or enzyme-inducing medicines.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Seek medical advice before use.
- Allergy: Do not use if you have previously had an allergic reaction to this type of pain reliever or any ingredient in the product.
- Side effects: Rarely, skin rashes or allergic reactions may occur. Stop use and seek immediate help if you develop swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions.

Storage
- Store below 25 °C in a dry place. Keep the tube tightly closed.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
