Dosage
Important: Always read the label and leaflet. Do not exceed the stated dose. If symptoms persist, worsen, or new symptoms occur, seek medical advice.
Adults & adolescents 12+ years
- Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed.
- Maximum: 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Do not take more often than every 4 hours.
Children under 12 years
Do not give. This product is not suitable for children under 12 years.
How to take: Swallow whole with water. Avoid taking close to bedtime to minimise the chance of sleeplessness.

Warnings & Precautions
Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other medicines that contain paracetamol. Overdosage may cause serious liver damage.
Do not take if you:
- Are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, or any ingredient in this medicine.
- Are taking (or have taken in the last 14 days) MAOIs for depression.
- Have severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or severe kidney or liver problems.
- Have overactive thyroid, glaucoma, or severe prostate problems causing urinary retention.
Talk to a pharmacist or doctor before use if you:
- Have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, or prostate enlargement.
- Have liver or kidney disease, or you regularly drink alcohol.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Are taking blood thinners (e.g., warfarin), other decongestants, appetite suppressants, stimulants, or medicines for colds/flu, migraine, or mental health conditions.
Possible side effects
- Common: nausea, dry mouth, restlessness, nervousness, insomnia, increased heart rate.
- Rare but serious: allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulties). Stop use and seek medical help immediately if these occur.
Driving & machinery
If you feel dizzy, restless, or unable to sleep, do not drive or operate machinery.
Storage & Additional Information
- Store below 25 °C in the original blister to protect from moisture.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiry date on the pack.
