- Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 ml up to 4 times daily as needed.
- Maximum daily dose: Do not exceed 40 ml in 24 hours unless a pharmacist or doctor advises.
- Children under 12 years: Do not use unless a healthcare professional recommends an age-appropriate product.
- Measuring: Use the supplied measuring cup/spoon. Do not swig from the bottle.
- Hydration helps: Drink plenty of fluids to aid mucus clearance.
If symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, rash, or last longer than 7 days, seek medical advice.
