Overview

Peptivet Foam is a gentle, leave-on skin care mousse designed for routine cleansing of localized areas on cats and dogs. The airy foam spreads easily, supports the skin’s natural barrier, and is ideal for hard-to-bathe pets or areas that are difficult to rinse (paws, facial folds, peri-aural/inguinal regions, tail base, etc.).

Directions for Use

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Dispense the foam into your hand.
  3. Apply against the direction of hair growth to reach the skin.
  4. Gently massage to distribute evenly; do not rinse.
  5. Allow to air-dry; brushing after drying can improve coat finish.

Dosage

The amount of foam depends on pet size, coat length, and the area being treated.
Use the guide below unless your veterinarian advises otherwise:

  • Small/localized area (e.g., a paw or small patch): 1–2 pumps.
  • Medium area (e.g., lower leg or flank patch): 2–4 pumps.
  • Larger area (e.g., full limb or multiple small patches): 4–8 pumps.

Frequency: Typically 1–2 times daily for targeted hygiene during the initial period, then reduce to maintenance (e.g., every other day or as directed by your vet).

  • For external use only. Do not apply to eyes, ear canal, mouth, or open/deep wounds.
