Motusol Max delivers concentrated, topical diclofenac to the site of pain. The lightweight, non-greasy gel is quickly absorbed to help reduce inflammation in sprains, strains, sports injuries, and minor aches of the muscles and joints.

How to Use (Dosage)
Adults and adolescents ≥14 years: Apply a thin layer to the affected area two times daily (morning and evening).
Gently massage into the skin. The amount needed depends on the size of the area being treated: typically
1–4 g per application (about the size of a cherry to a walnut).
- Wash hands after application (unless hands are the treated site).
- Do not use on broken, damaged, infected, or eczematous skin; avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucosa.
- Do not cover with occlusive dressings; allow the gel to dry before dressing.
- For soft-tissue injuries, use for up to 14 days unless advised otherwise by a healthcare professional.
- If symptoms worsen or do not improve, seek medical advice.
Not recommended for children under 14 years.
Warnings & Precautions
- Allergy alert: Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs, or any ingredient in this product.
- Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Do not use in the last 3 months of pregnancy. In earlier pregnancy or while breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use; avoid application to the breast area.
- Medical advice: Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before use if you have asthma, stomach/duodenal ulcer, kidney, heart, or liver problems, or if you regularly take other medicines.
- Interactions: Use caution with other NSAIDs (including oral diclofenac/ibuprofen), anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), antiplatelets (e.g., aspirin), or corticosteroids. Although systemic absorption is low, interaction risk exists.
- Skin reactions: Stop use if rash, irritation, or photosensitivity occurs. Avoid direct sunlight/UV tanning on treated areas.
- Do not ingest. If swallowed or used over large areas for prolonged periods, seek medical advice.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Ingredients
Active: Diclofenac diethylammonium 2.32% w/w (equivalent to diclofenac sodium).
Excipients include: Carbomers, isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, menthol, fragrance, purified water.
Storage
- Store below 25 °C.
- Keep the cap tightly closed.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack.
